Hi,
I just received the Versa 2 as a gift and am having trouble setup up. My phone finds the device and Versa 2 gives me a 4 digit code to enter. However, every time that I enter the 4 digit code, it does not connect. The Versa 2 goes to the Fitbit logo and my phone goes to the "Not Working?" screen and gives me three options (make sure Versa 2 is on, restart device, and turn Bluetooth off/on) or the Versa 2 gets stuck on the 4 digit code and my phone also gets stuck on 4 digit code trying to connect.
Also, the Versa 2 has been charging for 6 hours now and it's been charging that same last section on the battery icon. Should I be concern there is something wrong with this brand new Versa 2?

Uninstalled and installed app and it works now.
