I’ve just set up my versa2. I’m not receiving any notifications. I’ve tried everything that I’ve read about and still nothing. I need help!

Hello @Happyday20, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already troubleshooting this situation prior to posting here.

Which App notification is not coming through your Versa 2? Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

I'd recommend following the steps in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

If you're using an iOS device and all notifications come through your watch but iMessages, please try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
