I have a brand new Versa 2 that was purchased at Walmart. Since I didn't try setting it up until after their return window closed, I have a piece of junk. No matter what I try based on the community help, it won't sync. And when it appeared to be working for a short time, the date and time were wrong -- just like my old Versa that I deleted. How do you get it repaired or looked at to see if the issue can be resolved? It appears they don't stand by their warranty since I can't find anyway to send the watch to them. Right now I'm so frustrated with how Google is handling fixes for these items. My last two Versas lasted exactly 2 years -- built in obsolence.

@Kaccorky Hi. How long ago did you buy it? I was trying to get a Versa 2 through Walmart about 6 Months ago. They were saying in stock locally online, but they really didn't have any left. Then they tried switching me to third party marketplace sellers. I didn't trust that I'd get a brand new one or a warranty so I gave up. was yours retail packaged? I think a lot of the 3rd party sellers are selling warranty replacements or worse. One of them confirmed no retail packaging or warranty.
Contact support. They'll tell you if you're covered or not and possibly help you set it up.
