New Versa 2 won't turn on

I just bought a Versa 2 literally an hour ago. I installed everything, it had the option to press start on the watch and before I could it went black. It will not turn back on even when I leave it on the charger. The battery life according to my Fitbit app says it’s a medium life

Check in the Fitbit App if the watch is syncing before relying on the battery indication.

With it on the charger, in the Fitbit App click on the profile photo [top left] and against device see when it last synced.

 

If it says a moment ago then the watch is working but the screen is dead

If its not syncing, then the watch may just be off or the battery flat.

Leave it on charge for several hours [may be upto 8 hours], as the watch needs to be fully charged before first use.

It may have gone into a deep sleep.
