Upgraded my fitbit today mainly for the built in alexa and when im at the amazon log in page and type my email and password in it says the new email address i provided is already in use?

It sounds as if you are trying to create a new account, rather than log into an existing account.

I'm not sure a bout this, but sounds like maybe you already have an Amazon account and can use that, but it thinks you are trying to create a new account.

I simply followed the link and chose the login, not the create account.
If your receiving a message of account already exists then your not trying to log in, and it would be helpful to supply a screen shot.
