Just got brand new versa 3. Have left in on charge in 3 different plugs, and connected to computer USB port.
Doesn't respond in any way to me tapping or holding the button, it just constantly vibrates intermittently.

Hi @JohnstonL Oh no, that is a shame! You will need to return it to the store you bought it from. If you got it from the Fitbit online store then contact Fitbit Support
