I literally just get this device today. I ended up taking it to work with me since I don’t have Wi-Fi at home to set it up. It showed that it was charging the first time I attached the charger but I had to unplug it to take it with me. Ever since it hasn’t been charging at all. It’s attached to the device but the battery life is just going down and there’s no indication that it’s charging.

Yeah I didn’t get much help. He told me to leave it plugged in for an hour but it’s still not charging at all. I’ve gone through all the provided troubleshooting tips including cleaning the device and charging prongs and restarting the device. It’s still not working. Just took it out of the box at like 11:00am today

Mine stopped charging last night. I called Fitbit due to I knew it was still under warranty... they upset me telling me I had to send my watch back to them and then they would send me a knew one. I asked them what do we pay warranty for. You will not know how long it will take

Yeah I ended up just returning it. I'll be going a different direction now. It didn't even last 12 hours.
