Evening all
purchased a new Versa 3 and my phone cannot locate it….the Versa 3 is fully charged next to my phone, I’ve unpaired my previous Fitbit too.
I have tried the following;
- switching Bluetooth off and on,
- turning my phone off for a few minutes and back on
- **ahem**ting down the versa 3 and restarting it
there is nothing else around that has Bluetooth, any advice welcome 😊 thank you

While reading your post, I was wondering if you have another Fitbit device that might be connected to your phone and Fitbit account? Please note you can't connect multiple devices that use an app gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge series, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense series, Fitbit Versa series, and Google Pixel Watch, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time. @LeilaMcC Hi. Just to verify. You're trying to add it as a new device in the Fitbit app, and not trying to sync through the phones bluetooth, correct?
