I’ve got a new Versa 3 & I can’t set it up. When I try to pair with Bluetooth it asks me for a 4 digit passcode. I haven’t set a passcode, so I don’t know why it’s asking me. Support gave me a method to do a hard reset, but it doesn’t work, it just keeps returning to the Home Screen. Could anybody confirm how to do a reset without the app, as the watch hasn’t registered.

Hi @Gemolition here are the directions to set up your new Versa 2 - click to read. As you set up, it will generate a four digit code on the device, so that is the one you use to continue the set up. You will need a compatible smartphone or tablet to get the app in order to set up. Read the article and see if setting it up by those instructions helps to get you going. Let us know how things go for you.
