New Versa 3 won't turn on

Had it on the charger and took it off.  According to my app the charge is medium although it cannot find the versa 3 anymore

Screen is black, nothing works.  Held the button for 10 secs, 20 secs.  Nothing happening

Any other ideas?  It has been on the charger for an hour and still nothing
