New Versa 3 wont charge

My versa 3 isn’t charging since I got it out of the box. It’s been on 0% for 5 hours and is showing no sign of charging

i also read I could reset it by pressing a button, I don’t see any button

Let's start by trying these quick fixes:

    • Check both ends of the charging cable.
    • Try another USB port or wall charger.
    • Clean the Fitbit and cable contacts.
    • Try a different charging cable if you have one.
    • If the battery was dead, give it an hour or two.
