New Versa Light Can't do anything

Windows 10, Fitbit app, Bluetooth, app & windows see the versa.

The versa has the logo on it and it does not do anything.

I try to sync and it says bonding failed.

I push the buttons, swipe the screen, do what the FAQ say and nothing happens.

The screen shows the logo and battery, nothing else shows.

Any help before I send it back.
