New Versa Lite, can't see sleep score

Hello, I just got my Versa lite and am on have a premium account, but for some reason my sleep analysis does not show the sleep score nor the advanced stages of sleep (REM ...) just a very basic outlook :

Although a few days ago for some reason the sleep score thing worked for one night: 

I don't know why it worked one day last week and not anymore. I also logged in and out and it didn't make a difference
