New Versa Lite fails after entering 4 digit number

It just spins and does nothing.

 

I have reset phone, fitbit, Wifi, & bluetooth... multiple times, nothing.

Any suggestions?

 

Edit: For the second time I got it past the 4 digits and it recognizes it, but still does not sync. 

Before the bar gets a cm the message "Failed to Sync Device" happens then it keeps retrying and failing.

Hi @scubapoet  That sound really annoying! What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Yes, I tried all the recommendations to things even close to my issue. I noticed in my bluetooth settings that Lite, during setup after entering the 4 numbers, goes in and out of connection. I assume the bluetooth in the Lite is iffy. 

 

On chat with support now for 30 minutes.
