Just got my replacement Versa and have completed the set-up .... The vibrations are much weaker than my original one, I keep missing notifications  I have it set to Strong, but notice when I am in the settings and make the change to the settings there is not real difference in the strenghts.

Is this one broke too?  Ideas to fix ?     Grrrr

Hey @LtBurt, I hope you are doin' great! If you feel that the vibration on your new Versa isn't as strong as it used to be on the previous one, I would suggest you to try to restart your Versa by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Let me know how it goes!

 Hello @LtBurt

I went from a Charge and Charge HR to the Versa and I find the vibrations are the same for me. I have just kept the Versa setting on normal as it does the trick for me.

I also wear my band so it doesn't slip around my wrist, so saying that, it is comfortably tight on my wrist.

Would tightening it another notch work for you. Just a suggestion.
