Hi, I always advice during setting up your new Versa to your phone to skip the WiFi settings page cause that either takes a long time or does not do it at all. You can always do that afterwards/later. How to do that:
1. In the dashboard of your Firbit app, press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side.
2. You will get the page where you see the clock faces and apps tiles.
3. Scroll down to Wifi Settings and press it.
4. When you do not see your home's network there, press "Add new network" and Fitbit (whenever your Versa is in the charger and connected to your PC) will search for your network.
5. Once found, you see your network's name with right next to it the Wifi icon.
6. Press the name of your network and enter manually the password of your router
7. After that, press the Wifi icon and fitbit will start connecting to your network
8. Once finishedm the white icon turns to blue and says connected
9. To check whether your Versa is also connected to WiFi, go to the settings on your Versa and press it.
10. After that scroll down to Device info and press that too. If you see an IP adress there, your Versa is connected to your Wifi.
Remember though that your Versa will only be connected to your WiFi as long as it's in the charger an connected to your PC. The Versa does not have WiFi on it's own but uses your PC and/or phone as a bridge to connect to your WiFi. Good luck!!

Mine was doing the same thing. Could only see wifi, if I set the versa right on the router. This morning that stopped working. So this will be my second one I'm sending back to Amazon. Glad they are so good at taking stuff back. Going to be looking for a different brand.
