I've read a lot of posts about people having to wait 16+ hours for their Versa to sync to their device. Both on bluetooth and wifi and both. It's "supposed" to take 30 minutes, and nothing from the Fitbit admin ever says why it's taking so long. It m says to restart the Versa, to uninstall and reinstall the app, and hope for the best. I'm 1.5 hours in and it's only about 30% done. And I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the Versa already. This is bogus it seems like it doesnt work and admin has no real info on why

I am the exact same, it worked perfectly the first day I got it. The last two days it won't sync to my phone and a Bluetooth message keeps coming up. When I press restart, nothing happens. I don't know how to fix it. Sleep is not being tracked because of it 😬
