New Versa battery life only a few hours?

after having a Alta for the last 3 years, now bought a Versa on Tuesday and my battery is draining in just a few hours. Charged it to 100% and is on red later that day?

Something is not right. I think you need to return it to the store you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature)

Hi, I understand your problem very well. What you can try to do is:

1 Restart your Versa, or if that does not help:

2.Contact Customer Support, cause this is not normal behaviour for a new device. Good luck!
