New Versa but no Floor count

Hello,

 

Since today I’m wearing my new Versa. Everything seems so be working, except of the Floor count. I climbed multiple stairs today, but it still says 0. What can I do about it. 

 

Another question; I wanted to track my food plan, but the database is not familiair with dutch brands. Is this something that will come?

@Jessebel87 If you swipe up on the main screen of your Versa (to open Today app) can you see floors climbed there? If not, try rebooting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Regarding food, I believe there's no Dutch food database. I usually add foods myself as custom foods.
