The new version does not track sleep or active minutes.  Does anyone know how to go back to the old version?

I have the same problem

Active minutes only log erratically, none yesterday despite spending two hours loading my car for camping when I was constantly on the move, and when I tap on ‘Days of exercise’ nothing is logged or credited even when active minutes are shown!

Sleep just stopped tracking last night after three hours, even though I was asleep.

The new dashboard is boring and now the app doesn’t even track properly.

Im not happy.

I believe she is referring to the new Update that Fitbit put out in August.  The HR and sleep tracker stopped working for a lot of people across many Fitbit devices, not just the Versa, you can read about it in those Fitbit Forums too... Restarting and doing the Factory Reset does not fix the problem because the problem is not with the device itself, but will the Update...

I pulled out my old Blaze, charged it and now wearing it on the other wrist, as my Versa is on one and the Blaze is doing all the tracking correctly.  I have all the tracking that the Blaze provides.

Yes.  When I installed the new update the activity and sleep quit working.  All of the suggestions from fitbit have not worked.

Hi, The new update was Version 3.3.1....

Here is how you check the Fitbit Versions on an Apple phone

1. go to Apple App

2. search for Fitbit app

3. pick it but don't open the app on your phone

4. Look for area that says. "What's New"  next to that is it will have Version History, Pick that

This has a list of all the Version that were updated and when. as of today, August 17, 2019. this is what they did for August.

3.3.1 - update 1 week ago

3.3 - update 1 week ago

3.2 - update 3 weeks ago

3.1 - updated 1 month ago

3.0 - updated 1 month ago.

I'm thinking that they knew there was a problem and kept pushing updates. In the Fitbit History, in the past, they were pushing updates once a month, now they have 5 updates in one month.
