New Versa doesn't stay charged

I've had my Versa for about three weeks. I have to charge it every day and a half to two days. 

 

I searched this topic first and have read the article (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2004/?q=battery&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1).

 

The heart rate feature is one of the reasons I have the Versa, so I don't want to turn it off. 

I don't use interactive clock faces.

I don't play music.

I don't use any other apps that frequently access the internet.

 

When I charge my Versa, I charge it completely.

 

What else could be the issue?

Just realized I left out my mobile syncing device (I guess that means what phone do I have?) - it's an iPhone 6 plus 11.4 iOS.
