New Versa doesn't work with Moto Z Force or Macbook?

I just received a Versa for my birthday but now can't sync with either my phone nor my Mac. My Mac will not allow me to even download the Fitbit app at this point and while I have the Fitbit app on my phone and added the Versa, synced the first time but now it won't sync again. What can I do?

Hi @Jorjaw That all sounds really irritating. Unfortunately I cant see you Moto on the Supported Devices List which may be why you are having problems, but in any case work through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Syncing Problems.

 

As far as the Mac goes, you should be able to use it, but if it doesnt have bluetooth you may need a bluetooth dongle (available from the fitbit online store). But first you have to get the app of course! Are you trying to download the Fitbit App? For Macs you need to use Fitbit Connect rather than the app (though it works in much the same way)
