I bought the new versa about a month ago. Primary reasons were to track my sleep, oxygen, breathing, step counts, and heart rate. Oxygen breathing and sleep are not working. Please advise.

Hi @Butterville - the new V4 Fitbit App is not reliable.

The best you can do is logout of the Fitbit App and restart the watch and phone and sync again, even then it may or may not work.

Did you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
