New Versa no heart rate or flashing lights

Hello,

 

I just purchased my versa and have noticed that my heart rate is not being monitored, nor am I seeing any lights on the back of the watch...any suggestions as to what may be wrong? I reset the watch to no avail.

Same issue here, installed the firmware update and the heart rate leds are off and 0 bpm are displayed on the versa.

 

Contacted support changed the settings on/off for heart rate, did the factory reset, sync and they want me to ship my versa for replacement.
