I just got a replacement versa (version 33.1.30). I started going through it, and noticed that my other Fitbit had a more updated version. I went through, and found out that my watch was not at the latest version. But, the red/pink button that should show up in the app that says to update the firmware doesn't show up. Does anyone have any tips that can help me?

@CopperYeti56404, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding your inquiry about the latest firmware update, I'd like you to take a look at Aless' post where she explains more information about the update and explains also that this is a progressive rollout.
Don't hesitate to get back if you have any question and I'll be glad to assist you.
See you around.

I have the same issue, my new Versa is running on 33.1.30 - however your forums show that the newer update has now been 100% rolled out! If this is the case why can’t I see the pink update banner in the app?
thanks

I couldn't find anything relevant in Aless' post.

i’ve tried factory resetting the watch and there is still no pink button for update. The list Aless did not help. Any further advice? I’m still stuck at 33.3.10. Quite ridiculous to be still using the old version isn’t it 😂
