New Versa not showing up in connect a new device

 Already have the fitbit app with Flex 2 working. Got the new versa and deleted the Flex 2. In the dashboard its has a link at the top that states. have a new device to set up? Start here. When you click the link it goes to another page that shows all the other fitbit devices in a list but not the versa. Using mac with safari

 

Just installed update and now see that Versa is only app based for mobile device not computer. thats crap

The Versa should work with the computer @Wunjunga, what is the operating system the computer uses, and did you install the Fitbit be app or by Fitbit Connect?

@Wunjunga Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I know how you feel and I appreciate your feedback. As my friend @Rich_Laue mentioned, you need to download the Fitbit app on your computer, not the Fitbit Connect software from the website.

 

Where you able to download the Fitbit app on your computer?
