New Versa not syncing/ updating/ or tracking miles

Just bought this Versa for my birthday but nothing syncs or updates properly. I cant not access my music on it either. 

The thing never syncs or says that Versa is not connected to the Fitbit app every time I try to sync or update something  it is very frustrating especially since I spent almost 200 dollars on this and never had any issues with my charge HR. 

 

Now I am training for my first 5 k and the watch keeps changing how many miles I've jogged or run. First it will say 2.2 miles then drop down to 1.7. Its done this 2 today and the trail I'm walking is 3 miles exactly so I know its showing something completely on accurate. I just finished the whole trail and it's only registering 2 miles after hitting 2 miles half way through the walk. I dont know if this is because I connected the bit emoji face yesterday which I'm also having issues with but it seems as soon as one this starts working the others complete start or more issues arrive

Hi, sorry to read that you have all these issues with your Versa, but I can only try to be of help when I know which phone you're using!! So please, tell me which one you're using!
