I got a new versa today. I am struggling to connect to the heart rate monitor.
Yes, the heart monitor is turned on within the watch. Yes, location services are activated. I have fully set up the watch and everything else seems fine. I have tried resetting the watch and application on factory settings.
There are no lights/flashes monitoring the heart rate behind the screen face.
