Pre-ordered the Versa through Amazon and it arrived yesterday. Turned it on and got the "download the fitbit app" screen in 15 different languages. Downloaded the app on my android phone, but phone wouldn't pair with the versa. Finally got it to sync this morning but the versa is still giving me the "download fitbit app" screen and nothing else. No clock face, no tracking information, nothing...Buttons or screen tap gets no response. Very disappointed with this purchase so far. I had a $30 generic fitness band before and it worked 100x better

Do not feel you are being picked on as my neighbor bought one at Best Buy yesterday and it will not do anything. No lights nothing on the screen, will no charge, it is JUST DEAD!

They did all of this and I also went over and tried it again. It is dead!
