New Versa's battery lasting less than a day

Hi all!

I have a brand new versa, and the battery only lasts about 10 hrs from charging. My old Versa lasted at least 3 days.

I have tried different chargers- just the same.

all day sync is turned off, notifications turned off, no exercise apps used, no music etc.

driving me nuts, watch needs charging half way through the day...

Hi there,Thank you for your message.I have tried all of the suggestions and still my device doesn't last a whole day without charging. I charged it sunday evening and by 11 am today (Monday) it was at 37%, so definitely won't last the whole day.What can you advise me to do next?Many thanks,Sarah
