New Versa strap clicks when I move my wrist

Hi

 

I ordered a replacement strap and received it last week.

 

It "clicks" when I move my wrist.

 

I have removed it countless time and it still clicks.

 

I'm not sure if it's faulty.

 

Can anyone help me please?  I'd be devastated if it fell off and I lost my Versa.

TO describe it better, when I look at the connection - there is a gap when I move my wrist and then it clicks back into place.

 

Very worried that I may lose it especially as I had soooo much trouble with my previous Versa.

My replacement Versa is working perfectly! (so far).
