New Versa takes FOREVER to update

I was so excited to get my new Versa and I have been trying every which to get it to update and work.  Two different WiFi connections, no WiFi, Bluetooth, no Bluetooth, switched my iPhone off and back on .... it’s been updating since 8am (it’s now 1405).  It says it’s synced, but still the update wheel is just spinning and it’s draining the battery on my phone.  

This is not what I expected! 😡

Hi, which iPhone are you using? Besides that, try my guide to update your Versa to the newest Firmware version. Main difference is that my guide uses WiFi instead of BT. Hope it will work for you too, hence the question of which iPhone you're using.

I have an iPhone 6s.
After almost 8 hours nothing had been downloaded. I will get the Versa replaced and hope to have no problems next week with the different new one.
