Hi 👋🏻 

 

I got my first Fitbit today. Its on the charger,while Im doing the upgrade but it keeps telling me the battery is low. But it’s charged more then 50%

 

please help

Hi, @FitAndrea! Congratulations on your new tracker! I know how frustrating it is to wait to set things up when you're excited. I think that the updates require a certain level of battery charge before they will start installing. It may be 50% or even higher. I would suggest just waiting half an hour or so and then trying again, you shouldn't have any problems then.
