I just got this Versa for Christmas just over a month ago and it wont hold a charge over 12 hours did long charges when I first got it with the computer and a also with a 2 amp charging block I have no apps running in it just the hart rate monitor and still very very short battery life, I've also did a hard reset on it as well no chance in battery life.
The Fitbit web site says it should last four day.
not very impressed yet
any suggestions

Hi @Russ36 That is not good battery life. I would either return it to the store you bought it from if their return policies will accept it, or contact Support. It is defi itely not expected behaviour.

Just take it to the retailer or contact Fitbit CS. This happened to my husband's tracker and Fitbit monitor the battery discharge by you syncing when full then during discharge. Once this is proved they will send a new one
