I just started using my new Versa today.
I synced my Charge 2 before disconnecting it from the app and all looked ok. I set my Versa up and still it seemed ok...until I noticed that my sleep and workout data is partially missing.
For sleep and workout, it shows start and end times but it says 0 minutes and nothings shows up visually.
I didn’t have this problem when upgrading from Charge HR to Charge 2. Now it looks like I’m missing 3+ years of data...
Not the end of the world, but would love it back...
help!

I have no idea whynit went missing, but it should still be on the Fitbit Servers so wont be totally lost. But how to get access to it? Id start by uninstalling your app, reinstalling it and log back in. Let us know if you get the data back

@fitpeach88 Just adding to what @NellyG has said (btw great advice!), you can visit Dashboard on Fitbit.com and check if the data is there.

Well that makes 2 of us. 2 years of working out, running and walking all gone. This better be a server issue and the info all magically appears again. If not this Versa will meet the business end of a hammer.
