Hi, I just got a new Versa and I've been trying to download Spotify. But it gives me a pink notification that I need to make sure my device and app are up to date. Both are. But it still won't let me download the Spotify app. I have rebooted my phone and watch. I have deleted my app and reloaded it. I have also reinstalled my versa by using the "add new device" option, and nothing is working.

Let me help you with your Versa not showing the option to install Spotify and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please try a factory reset and see if you are able to download the app after updating your device again. Note that you will need to set it up again.
