New Versa won't connect to my phone

The previous owner did not delete the account or take it off of blue tooth.  I have tried a factory reset with the three buttons but that doesn’t work.  

My settings doesn’t have a gear but three lines with switches.  When I open it, there is no factory reset.  There is a pair option but that doesn’t seem to work.
