New Versa won’t turn on

I received my special addition today and I put it on the charger for several hours.  The Fitbit logo comes and goes while on the charger but when I try to turn it on by holding the back button and the lower right button it does nothing.  I hold them for at least 10 seconds but nothing happens.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying to set up your watch while you see the Fitbit logo: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
