I have just bought a Versa 2. It dies not record active zone minutes on the Fitbit app even though the app shows I have been in the designated areas for AZM. When exercising ATM is not among the stats that come up on the tracker itself.

Hello @Lurcher123 and welcome to the Community.  Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  Active zone minutes got added in a firmware update.  Your Versa 2 should get the updates it needs over the next 24-48 hours or so.

Versa 2 has not updated. Active Zone minutes still not showing on that app; 0 mins recorded but a message saying I have achieved my daily amount of AZMs. No AZM reading on the fitbit watch when exercising. Have never had problems with previous devices.

@Lurcher123   This is a wild, but educated guess.  The Versa 2 is a discontinued model.  Fitbit might prioritize current models over discontinued models.  I think I remember another user saying that updates took longer on their discontinued model.

@Lurcher123 Hi. You should have got the update by now. It's been said the updates download a bit every time you sync. If you're phone has been syncing regularly, I'd contact Fitbit support. I think it's automated myself. I don't think someone is sitting at the controls deciding who gets updates.
