New app deleted active minutes.

I had 19 active—on both previous app and Versa. After getting 15 additional minutes on Versa, synced with the new app.  Back to 15 minutes on the new app and on Versa. (Liked the new app interface.)

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your active minutes which disappeared after you synced your Fitbit Versa with the new app. In order to investigate, please let me know if you manually logged any activity? Do you have any third party app connected to your Fitbit account?
