New app, the tiles are blank

I uploaded the new app, it isn't working at all?  Anyone else having this issue, all the tiles are blank!

I’ve been using the new app for a couple of days on an iPhone and it’s been ok (not keen on the new layout at all) but today it’s gone completely awol. It’s changed the order of the tiles and I have no way of changing them back. It’s very frustrating and I can’t find any solutions despite searching the forums. Very disappointing
