New device old firmware

I just got a new Versa 2, but some option such as Find my Phone or spO2 aren’t available!

I compared my Versa 2 with the one of my friend and mine have an older version of firmware (35.70.7.14, while my friend has the 35.71). According to the Fitbit app there’s no updates available…

what’s wrong with my Versa?!

It is common when you get a device to  have to wait a few days to get the latest firmware update with all the features.  Just be patient for a few days.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Franxoxo  - The setup process didn't complete properly.

You have the firmware version that the watch had when it left the factory and it didn't load the latest version [it should] when it was setup.

Possibly wifi or Bluetooth problems?

The check for latest update doesn't work, it's merely cosmetic.

Because you have an old firmware as @JohnnyRow says, you don't have access to more recent features and it takes some days for the latest firmware to arrive, if it's on it's way.

Make sure to sync the watch regularly and that the wifi is working on the 2.4 GHz signal and charge it near the wifi source.

You can check if the wifi is setup, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, wifi settings.

If you see an SSID listed under Networksm it was already setup.
