New firmware update won't come through my new Versa

Hello, 

 

I just got my Versa last week. I was told to wait for the firmware update. But I feel it’s been a bit long. It is still saying it’s up to date. But I can’t download stuff (SPo2 for example) because it says to check for update. My app is up to date. I’ve deleted and re downloaded it. I’ve removed the versa and readded it. What am I missing?!
