I have had this versa lite for just over a week and I have had to reset it twice and it did it on its own once something isn’t right?!?!? It says there is an update but it takes hours to up date. It said the the battery is low when it has a full charge.?!?!? Ugg I love my Fitbit charge and now this new one SUCKS what to do?!?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.

My Versa now won’t connect over Bluetooth now ugg this is really very frustrating...

Hi! I just came across this thread. My Versa won't update the new firmware. I've tried the instructions using both Wi-Fi (home and at work) AND bluetooth - Nothing works. It hangs forever and, in the end, I get "sorry...failed...try again?...try bluetooth?...try WiFi" The closest I appeared to get was through bluetooth when I got through parts 2 of 3 before the same failure error. This took 2 hours, as opposed to the previous attempt, taking over 5 hours, which also ended in the same message. I've even done several factory resets, removed and re-installed the Fitbit app on my phone, etc. Please help! I've had this Versa since last year and never had this much trouble. At this point, I'm SO frustrated that I'm really considering tossing it. Only thing holding me back is that I spend over $200 for it.
