I have had my Fitbit versa 2 watch for almost 2 years, heart rate and app on iPhone 11 always worked fine. Got new iPhone 13 pro, set it up and Fitbit versa 2 watch is absolutely fine, but the Fitbit app on my new iPhone is saying it’s got no heart rate monitor … I tried to add on Discover - Health & Fitness Stats - heart rate , but says “only available on Fitbit devices with a heart rate sensor” which it obviously does have. I’ve tried restarting the watch , restarting the phone etc. nothings working! Please help , many thanks, megan

I’ve since managed to fix this myself. I needed to uninstall the app and reinstall then basically reload / reconnect it to my new iPhone ask if it was a new watch. Luckily it’s still kept my previous data . Seems to be all back up and running now.
