New phone now Versa can be found but wont connect

Brought a new phone yesterday and transferred everything over. Versa continued to work with my phone briefly as I was still receiving notifications on it. Stopped working with my phone. I have tried to pair it and it says found but wont connect, don't even get the code. I have gone through this forum and tried all the trouble shooting techniques but still the same. thanks

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
