Hi, I received my Versa 2 only yesterday, but already I have lots of issues with it. Please help before I lose my mind.
1. Is it not possible to see the sleep graph in larger? When I klick the sleep icon it only shows me a very small graph from which I can read nothing.
2. I subscribed to premium, but I don't see what I get in terms of more info about my sleep.
3. The smart alarm. I overslept last night and the alarm is clearly not strong enough, even though it is set to high in the app. Is there a way to set a sound alarm? Or stronger vibration?
4. Is there an app for me to take notes, even when I am outside, not near my phone?
5. Is there an app that allows me to manually log activities other than physical, e.g. reading, working, etc?
6. There is nothing on sleep on my Versa 2. It says "no score". Why and how can I change this?

Have you read your user manual? It is a avalible through the help link bellow : along with a lot more info.
Your sleep graph can be put into full screen and displayed on a computer.

Thanks, I agree with the vibration alarm. Truly a "silent alarm" for me 😞
Apparently I can't take notes through Alexa unless my watch is connected to wifi. I was hopig for an offline app

The only time the watch can connect to WiFi is while the watch is being charged.
The Alexa on your watch communicates through the phone's Bluetooth. The phone then sends the audio to the Internet.

Aaah, ok, but the problem remains. If I don't have my phone with me, I can't take any kind of note just using the Versa 2 - or can I? Is there an external app for that?

Without a phone, no. Plus the versa does not have a keyboard.
