New versa 2 won't let me sync anything

It won't let me choose a profile picture or sync my friends. Please help!

It won't let me sync my contacts from my phone or from Facebook. I've gone
to my profile on the app, clocked find friends linked my Facebook and
contacts and now it says no Facebook friends to be found.

Hi @Kmdauer 

Please try restarting your Versa by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and the Fitbit logo appears. Once your Versa has fully restarted, please try connecting to Facebook again and see if that works.
