I have a brand new versa 2, I cannot get it to turn on or sync. It is charged. Ive tried restarting my iPhone, deleting the app, etc. I cant restart the watch because it wont leave the screen that says “Download the fitbit app to get started.” Which I have done but it won’t pair.

Since you mentioned that your watch asks you to download the Fitbit app and you already did it, please make sure that you are following the set up process as described in this help article.
