So last Christmas I received 2 new fitbits - lucky girl I know. I used one and activated the free 6 month trial of premium. I decided today to switch over to the other one, I’ve set up the new versa but although it also comes with a free 6month premium trial, it won’t activate. At present I’m paying monthly for premium so would like to sort this if I can. The second watch was only activated today and I’ve already removed the previous watch from my Fitbit account. Hoping the community can help 🙂
